# Advanced Transactions Editing

With advanced transaction editing, you can now update the category, date, name, tags, and more for multiple transactions at once regardless of the merchant. 

You may want to do this to reorganise your spending into custom categories, or if you've noticed the categories Emma added some of your transactions to are not quite the right fit. 

To do this, follow the steps below:


### Advance transaction editing

1. Go to Emma **Feed** tab
2. Scroll down to **Recent Transactions** section and press **See All**
3. Click on the **pencil icon** in the top right corner of the screen
4. Select the transactions you want to edit from your transactions list 
5. Click **Edit X Transactions** at the bottom of the screen
6. Select the category you'd like to move your selected transactions to
