# What is my Stellar address?

If you want to add your Stellar wallet to track in Emma, we need you to enter your Stellar address to get your wallet information.

We only request view permissions. This does not give us access to your private keys not the ability to move your funds. This just allows us to display your wallet holdings in Emma 🪙

### What does my Stellar address look like?

Your Stellar wallet address is a string of characters that starts with "G" and is followed by 56 alphanumeric characters.

Here's an example of a Stellar address:

### How do I find my Stellar address?

To find your Stellar wallet address, open your wallet app (like Lobstr or Stellar Term) and go to the "Receive" section, where your address will be displayed.

If using a web wallet, log in and navigate to the "Receive" section.

For hardware wallets (e.g., Ledger), connect your device, open the Stellar app, and find your address under the "Receive" tab.
