# What is priority support?

During working hours the Emma Support team will prioritise messages received from our users on an Ultimate, Pro or Plus plan in that order.

This means if you are a subscriber to Emma, your issues will get dealt with as quickly as possible and will always be pushed to the top of our support queue!
