# Can I report rent paid from a joint account?

| Rent Reporting is only available to UK-based customers.


Yes, rent paid from a joint account can be reported through Emma.

If your rent contract is in both your and the joint holder's names, you can both report your rent.

You will need to both have a premium Emma subscription to report you rent under both your names. If just one person is reporting rent via Emma this will only show in their credit history, not both renters'. 

Emma Plus users will have rent reported to Experian and Emma Pro and Ultimate users will have rent reported to TransUnion, Experian & Equifax!
