In order to connect to Nationwide, you need to provide:

Customer number
Memorable data
Passnumber

What's my customer number?

Your customer number was set up when you registered for online banking services. You use this number to log on to online banking. Usually these details are emailed to you when you sign up so check your inbox.

What's my memorable data?

Any of the three answers you set for online login. These can contain letters and numbers.

What's my passnumber?

Usually this and other login details are emailed to you when you sign up so check your inbox.

What do I do if I still can't login?

If the form gives you wrong credentials, check all the points above and try to login via the Nationwide website. If it works there, it will do on Emma.
