In order to connect to HSBC, you need to provide:

Password (Without Secure Key)

This is normally the final field for the ‘Without Secure Key' route on online banking. It's typically 8 - 30 characters long, containing letters and numbers.

What do I do if I still can't login?

If the form gives you wrong credentials, check all the points above and try to login via the HSBC website. If it works there, it will do on Emma.
