If you would like to sync your account, all you need to do is pull the page down to refresh the feed. You can also do this on the 'Accounts' tab by selecting the refresh button in the top right-hand corner 😊

Our provider already refreshes your account 4 times a day and doesn't provide the functionality to force one; so you should be good to go.
