# How do I sign in to the Emma Web Dashboard?

If you’re a Plus, Pro, or Ultimate subscriber, you can access Emma on your desktop or laptop using the [Emma Web Dashboard](https://web.emma-app.com).

If you're trying to sign in to the Dashboard, follow the steps below.

### iOS

Using your iPhone’s built-in Camera app, scan the QR code displayed on the Web Dashboard. You’ll be redirected to the Emma app, where you’ll need to approve access.

### Android

1) Camera app: you can try to scan the QR code with your default camera app; we have noticed this might not work on some Android phones. 

2) Built-in QR code scanner: Android devices come with a built-in QR code scanner; you shouldn't have any problems with this and if you tap on the link generated by the QR code you will be redirected to the Emma app.

3) Third party QR code scanner: if you can't find your built-in QR code scanner, we have tested this third party app which works: [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gamma.scan](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gamma.scan&hl=en_GB)

4) We have built a QR code scanner in Emma which you can find under **Account** in your profile settings.
