# How do I update my Emma email marketing preference?

To update your email preference, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the bottom of the marketing email and click on **Unsubscribe**
2. **Un-check** any of the email types you don’t want to receive
3. Click **Submit**

**Please ensure all boxes are unticked as shown below**
