# How often does Emma update?

Emma manages updates automatically behind the scenes 💪

Depending on your subscription, you will have a different number of automatic syncs:

* Free - 1 sync per day
* Plus, Pro and Ultimate - 4 syncs per day

If you are an Emma **Pro** or **Ultimate** user in the UK🇬🇧, you also have unlimited on-demand syncs. To perform an on-demand sync, please follow [this guide](https://help.emma-app.com/en/article/what-is-an-on-demand-sync-gt47uh/).
