# Is my accommodation eligible for rent reporting?

|  Rent Reporting is only available to UK-based customers.

Rent reporting is available for **private rental accommodation where you pay rent directly to your landlord from your bank account**.

**We support:**

* Private rental properties
* Council flats (only if you pay your landlord directly from your account)


**We do NOT support:**

* Student accommodation
* University halls of residence
* Housing association properties
* Council housing where rent is paid through housing benefit or third parties
* Any accommodation where rent is not paid directly from your account to your landlord


## What does "pay directly to your landlord" mean?

**This means:**

* The rent payment comes from **your linked bank account**
* The payment goes **directly to your landlord**
* **You** initiate the payment (standing order, bank transfer, etc.)

**Not eligible:**

* Payments made by housing benefit on your behalf
* Payments made by family members or third parties
* Payments made through university or accommodation portals
* Payments made via universal credit


### My accommodation isn't eligible. Will this change in the future?

We're always working to expand our services. However, we don't have a timeline for when additional accommodation types might be supported.
