# Mortgages & Loans in Emma 🇬🇧

In the UK, Emma can only connect to your bank account via the [Open Banking system](https://help.emma-app.com/en/article/what-is-open-banking-1263log/). The Open Banking system doesn't require banks to share loan or mortgage data with us.

The good news is you can create an [Offline Account ](https://help.emma-app.com/en/article/create-offline-accounts-u7c11r/) to manually track loan and mortgage in [Emma Pro](https://help.emma-app.com/en/article/what-is-emma-pro-b9k15u/)! 🎉
