# Remove a recurring payment

You may want to remove a recurring payment from your recurring payments list if that recurring payment is no longer active or Emma detected a transaction as a recurring payment incorrectly.

If you want to remove a recurring payment from your recurring payments list, follow the steps below:

### Removing a recurring payment

1. Go to the **Feed** tab and select **See All** next to the **recurring payments** 
2. Select the recurring payment you want to remove
3. Select the **three dots** in the top right-hand corner of the screen
4. Select **This is inactive** or **This is not a recurring payment**
5. Confirm changes

Once that's done, this recurring payment will be removed from your **recurring payments** list.
