Seeing duplicated transactions?

The most common cause of duplicated transactions are duplicated bank connections. Duplicated bank connections are caused by adding your bank to Emma more than once.

To check whether your bank has been connected more than once and to delete the duplicate, follow these steps

Go to the More tab
Select the Settings icon in the top right-hand corner
Select Bank Logins
Select Delete underneath the duplicated bank connection
