Switch energy providers in Emma 🇬🇧

Looking to save £££ on your energy bills? Here's a guide on what you can expect if you switch energy providers in the Emma App.

You'll first be asked to complete information to generate a quote for your property. You'll get a more accurate quote if you input exact energy usage - you can find this information on your latest energy bill

After you've entered your details, you'll receive a quote based on the information you've entered

To switch, select Switch Now underneath the supplier you want to switch to

To complete the switch, you'll need to fill in the following information

Find your MPRN number here.

You can find your MPAN number on your electricity bill. Here's an example of what it looks like
