# What are inactive bank logins?


An inactive bank login is a connected bank that no longer syncs or displays historical data in Emma.

Bank logins become inactive when you choose not to include them within your plan’s account allowance.


| If you’re on Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate, you should not see inactive bank logins, as these plans support unlimited bank connections.
