Subscriptions can be active or inactive.

Emma marks subscription as inactive, when you are no longer being charged for that particular subscription. This could be for example a charge from an old energy provider or mobile contract which you are no longer using.

If you find that Emma has marked one of your subscriptions as inactive or active incorrectly, you can change amend the subscription active/inactive status by following the steps below:

Changing subscription active/inactive status

Go to Feed tab
Scroll down and select See All next to Subscriptions
Select the subscription you want to change - you can toggle between Active and Inactive subscriptions at the top of the screen
Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen
Select This is inactive / This is active
Confirm changes
