# What is my XRP address?

If you want to add your Ripple (XRP) wallet to track in Emma, we need you to enter your XRP address to get your wallet information.

We only request view permissions. This does not give us access to your private keys not the ability to move your funds. This just allows us to display your wallet holdings in Emma 🪙

### What does my XRP address look like?

Your XRP wallet address is a string of characters, typically starting with "r" and followed by 33 alphanumeric characters.

Here's an example format of an XRP address:

### How do I find my XRP address?

To find your XRP address, you can open your wallet app (like Exodus, Trust Wallet, or Ledger Live) and navigate to the "Receive" section. There, your XRP address will be displayed.

If you're using a hardware wallet (like Ledger), open the XRP app and go to the "Receive" section to get your address.
