# What is the Credit section? 🇬🇧

The Credit tab in Emma contains anything related to borrowing money such as loan offers and the option to set up [Rent Reporting](https://help.emma-app.com/en/article/what-is-rent-reporting-mq3x33/), which can help to improve your credit position when applying for loans.

You can search for quotes on short or long-term loans, car finance, debt consolidation and home improvements! 

From here you can:
* Search for loan offers, including short or long-term loans, car finance, debt consolidation, and home improvements
* Compare credit card offers
* Find mortgage deals
* Set up Rent Reporting, which can help improve your credit position when applying for loans or other credit products

**How to search for loan quotes**
1. Go to the Credit tab
2. Select one of the loan options
3. Fill in your personal details and loan requirements
4. You'll be presented with a range of loan offers

**How to compare credit card offers**
1. Go to the Credit tab
2. Select Credit Cards
3. Fill in your details to see offers suited to you

**How to find mortgage deals**
1. Go to the Credit tab
2. Select Mortgages
3. Fill in your details to explore available deals
