# When is the Support Team available?

| Most questions are answered quickest by searching our [Help Centre](https://help.emma-app.com/en/) — it's available any time, day or night. If you can't find what you need, our AI assistant or Support Team can help.

Our team is available **Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)** during the following hours:
* **9:30 am GMT to 6:30 pm GMT**
* **4:30 am to 1:30 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)**
* **1:30 am to 10:30 am Pacific Standard Time (PST)**

When you start a chat, our AI assistant responds first and can answer most questions straight away. If it can't resolve your query, it'll transfer you to our support team, who'll reply as soon as they can — though during busy periods this can take up to 1 business day.
