# Why does my custom categories say 'Upgrade'?

If you're seeing an 'Upgrade' prompt on your custom categories, this is likely because you've downgraded your plan intentionally or unintentionally. 
Custom Categories are only available on [Emma Pro](https://help.emma-app.com/en/article/what-is-emma-pro-b9k15u/) and [Emma Ultimate](https://help.emma-app.com/en/article/what-is-emma-ultimate-mob29/).

To regain access, you'll just need to upgrade back to Pro or Ultimate.
