There are many reasons why your account might not be updating.

The first thing we recommend you check is your 'Feed' tab. You will see this located at the bottom left-hand corner of the page. If you don't see an error message, just pull down to refresh and this will help Emma retrieve and update your data.

Updates tend to take a while, but after this is completed you should see your balances and transactions up to date.

Don't forget, we update your accounts 3-4 times a day in the background, so forcing update every time you sign in is not necessary.
