There are many reasons why you are account might not be updating.

The first thing to check is the Feed.

If you don't see any error message, just pull to refresh it to make sure Emma can retrieve your data.

Updates take a while, but after it is completed you should see the balances and transactions up to date.

Bear in mind, we update your accounts 3-4 times a day in the background, so forcing update is not necessary.

Pending transactions

At this point, we don't support pending transactions, so it might be the case that some of your transactions still need to settle. That's why they are not in the app yet.
