Delete/cancel my Emma account

If you are thinking about leaving Emma because you are having issues with your account, reach out to us via chat and we'd be happy to help 🐻


To reach out to us, follow these steps:


  1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard) in the Emma app
  2. Select your profile in the top left
  3. Select Help in the top right-hand corner
  4. Select Chat to a human


Emma is free. You'll only be charged if you've subscribed for an Emma Plus, Pro or Ultimate subscription.


If you are sure you'd like to delete your Emma App account, please follow the steps below:


Deleting your Emma App account


  1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard) in the Emma app
  2. Select your profile in the top left
  3. Tap on Account
  4. Tap on Delete Account


Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Emma Plus, Pro, or Ultimate subscription. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first by changing your plan to Basic (our free plan).
