You and the person you have referred must be residents in US or Canada

For your referral to be valid and to show on your account, the following conditions must be met

a. Your referral must have downloaded Emma using your unique Emma referral link on mobile

b. Your referral must have connected a checking/current account or credit card (PayPal or other digital wallets are not valid)

c. Your referral must have subscribed annually to Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate and had Pro or Ultimate for longer than 14 day refund period (the refund period starts after a free trial period ends). Monthly subscriptions for Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate can not be used to validate the referral

d. The referral is not valid should the person you refer subscribe to Emma Pro or Ultimate at a discounted rate of 70% rate or more

The person you refer can not have connected a bank account that was previously connected in Emma by another user

If a referral is fraudulent (i.e obtained by creating a fake account, using an alias and/or creating more than one Emma account), Emma reserves the right to not pay out the referral reward. It may also result in the termination from the program

If a referral is obtained by falsifying benefits a person would get if they sign up and subscribe, Emma reserves the right to not pay out the referral reward. It may also result in the termination from the program

Emma reserves the rights to suspend, terminate or modify the terms of this program at any time. By participating you accept the above terms

You are eligible for the reward only if you have the referral feature enabled on your Emma App

It can take up to 30 days for the referral reward to be paid out once validated
