What is an Emma Gift Card?

An Emma Gift Card is the perfect way to help your friends and family take control of their finances. It allows you to purchase credit that they can redeem directly within the app to pay for their Emma subscription.

How will I receive the Gift Card?

Once you have completed your purchase, we will send the digital gift card directly to your email address.

How do I send it to someone?

Once you receive the email with the card details, you can simply forward it to your friend or family member, or share the details with them directly.

How do I redeem a Gift Card?

Redeeming a gift card is easy and can be done entirely within the app. Just follow these steps:

1. Open the app to the Main Feed.
2. Tap on your Profile icon in the top left corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Scroll down to Manage your subscription.
5. Select the "Redeem your gift card" option.
6. Enter your 8-character gift code and select Continue.

The value of the card will then be applied to your account and used towards your next subscription payment.

Please note that the gift card credit will only be automatically applied if your subscription is paid via Direct Debitdirectly with us.

If your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the credits will not be applied to your payments.
