How long does it take to deposit money in Emma?
Your first Emma deposit can take a little longer to process, from a few minutes to 2 full days if initiated on the weekend.
Your subsequent top ups should be processed within minutes.
If it's been a little while and your top up has not been added to your Available Balance, please reach out to our Support Team.
You can reach them via the Settings screen, just tap on the profile icon at the top left of the Feed screen.
