Premium plans not loading

If you are struggling to access our premium subscription plans (they are not showing in the app), please follow these steps:

Check your connectivity: Check that you have a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection which is active and working. A simple way to do this is by searching the web.
Force stop, then re-open the app: iPhone Guide | Android Guide
Restart your device: Fully power down your device and turn it back on.
Make sure the data and time are correct: If you have recently changed the date and time on your device, make sure that the date and time are correct.
Check you have not disabled in-app purchases: iPhone Guide | Android Guide
