How do I make a payment or transfer in Emma?

You can pay someone, or move money between your own accounts, straight from Emma using Open Banking.

Where do I find payments?

Go to the Feed (main dashboard) and tap Pay, under your account balances, next to Add. You'll see four options:

• Pay someone: send money to another person.
• Request money: ask someone to pay you.
• Move money: transfer money between your own accounts.
• See activity: view the payments you've made.

How do I move money between my own accounts?

1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard) and tap Pay.
2. Tap Move money.
3. Select the account you want to move money from.
4. Select the account you want to move money to.
5. Enter the amount, and add a reference if you want to.
6. You'll be taken to your bank's app to approve the payment.

How do I pay someone?

1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard) and tap Pay.
2. Tap Pay someone and follow the on-screen prompts.
3. You'll be taken to your bank's app to approve the payment.

How much can I send each month?

The limit covers payments to other people and transfers between your own accounts combined.
