Emma Cashback are cashback rewards that we offer inside of the app 🎁🎉
To be eligible for cashback, follow the steps below
Go the Save tab
Tap on Cashback in the top right
Browse our offers and select the retailer you want to make a purchase from
You'll be directed to a unique link for that retailer - make your purchase via this link
You're all done! 💵
Be sure that you're not blocking cookies or trackers when you open the retailers link
To be eligible for cashback, the purchase has to be made via unique retailer link contained in Emma Cashback tab. Please tap on the retailer you are interested in purchasing from to view their How does it work statement. This will contain details of qualifying products and other terms and conditions, if applicable.
This depends on the retailer. Most retailers will wait until the returns period for your purchase is over before they send us your cashback. Once it is received by us, we will apply it to your Emma Wallet.
We currently estimate that the average time someone may receive their cashback is two months.
You can only withdraw your cashback reward once you've accrued £5/$5 worth of rewards. Once this threshold is reached, you can withdraw your cashback directly to your PayPal account.

How long does it take for cashback to be applied to my account?
This depends on the retailer. Most retailers will wait until the returns period for your purchase is over before they send us your cashback. Once it is received by us, we will apply it to your Emma Wallet.
