How many bank connections can I have on my plan?

The number of bank connections (previously called bank logins) that can sync in Emma depends on your plan:

• Basic: 2
• Plus: 4
• Pro: unlimited
• Ultimate: unlimited

What happens if I have more connections than my plan allows?

If you have more bank connections than your plan allows, for example after a downgrade, the app asks you to select the ones you want to keep syncing. The rest move to Inactive. Inactive connections stop syncing, and their transactions and balances no longer show in Emma.

How do I see my inactive connections?

1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
2. Select your profile in the top left corner.
3. Tap the settings icon (cog wheel) in the top right corner.
4. Tap Account.
5. Tap Bank connections.
6. Select the Inactive tab.

You can also change which connections stay active from the Bank connections screen.

How do I make all my connections active?

Upgrade to Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate, which allow unlimited bank connections.
