Does Emma update my bank accounts in real time?

Emma does not reflect your bank account in real-time and transactions will not appear immediately in Emma.

Our system limits us to a maximum of 4 automatic syncs to maintain the system's stability.

Emma is designed to work alongside your banks as a financial tool to help you with budgeting and money management. It is not intended to sync in real-time and is instead best utilised to check your accounts at regular intervals.

Your account will be synced on a regular basis and the frequency depends on your Emma Plan. With our Ultimate and Pro plans.
