Add or change transaction logos

Logos can't currently be added to incoming transactions


Have a transaction that isn't showing the right logo or any logo at all?


It's likely that Emma can't match the merchant with a merchant in our database or has made an incorrect match.


To change or add a logo, follow the steps below.


  1. Select the transaction which needs amending
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Under Something wrong?, select Improve the logo and name
  4. Enter the merchant's official twitter handle and click next
  5. Click Confirm merchant
