Add or change transaction logos
Logos can't currently be added to incoming transactions
Have a transaction that isn't showing the right logo or any logo at all?
It's likely that Emma can't match the merchant with a merchant in our database or has made an incorrect match.
To change or add a logo, follow the steps below.
- Select the transaction which needs amending
- Scroll to the bottom
- Under Something wrong?, select Improve the logo and name
- Enter the merchant's official twitter handle and click next
- Click Confirm merchant
