How do I set up pre-approved transfers?

You can now set up pre-approved transfers so you can make payments from your bank without leaving the Emma app, quick and easy! 🤩

When you set up pre-approved transfers, you will need to choose limits on how much can be transferred per transfer and per month, and confirm this via your banking app.

1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard) in the Emma app
2. Select your profile in the top left
3. Tap Account, then tap Pre-approved transfers
4. You will be shown our pre-approved payments option, tap Add pre-approved transfer
5. Select the bank account you want to use
6. Set your transfer limits, per transfer and per month
7. Tap Agree and continue
8. Review the information provided
9. Tap Continue to my bank and follow the steps on their app
10. You're all set!

You can also set this up when you next transfer cash to your Emma Wallet, direct from the Save tab.
