Remove a recurring payment

You may want to remove a recurring payment from your recurring payments list if that recurring payment is no longer active or Emma detected a transaction as a recurring payment incorrectly.

If you want to remove a recurring payment from your recurring payments list, follow the steps below:

Removing a recurring payment

Go to the Feed tab and select See All next to the recurring payments
Select the recurring payment you want to remove
Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen
Select This is inactive or This is not a recurring payment
Confirm changes

Once that's done, this recurring payment will be removed from your recurring payments list.
