On iPhone:

If you've subscribed to Emma Pro using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Emma. To request a refund from Apple, please go here or follow the steps below:

Go to iTunes on a computer
Click on your Apple ID
Select Purchase History
Find the transaction and tap Report Problem

On Android:

If you've subscribed to Emma Prom Pro using your Google Play Store account, there are two ways you can request a refund:

If it’s been less than 48 hours since you were charged, you can request a refund directly from Google by following the instructions found here.
If it's been more than 48 hours since you were charged, send us your order number and reasons to refund to support@emma-app.com from the email address you have used to sign up to Emma.
