If you're having trouble with your account, let us know! You can locate the chat function in Emma by going to the Feed tab > Select your profile picture > scroll down to Important Stuff > Select Support.

On iPhone:

If you've subscribed to Emma Plus, Pro or Ultimate using your Apple ID, cancellations are handled by Apple, not Emma. To cancel your Emma subscription, please go here or follow the steps below:

Go to your iPhone settings
Navigate to your Apple ID
Select 'Subscriptions'

On Android:

If you've subscribed to Emma Plus, Pro or Ultimate using your Google Play Store account, please go here.
