Cancel Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate

Remember, if you cancel your Emma Plus, Pro or Ultimate subscription, you can still use the free version of Emma!

If you're looking for a refund on an Emma subscription payment that has already been charged, follow these steps instead.

To unsubscribe or cancel your Emma subscription, downgrade to the Basic plan (Emma's free plan) in the app::

Open the Emma App.
Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
Select your profile in the top left corner.
Tap on your plan tile on the left (e.g., "Emma Pro").
Tap on Manage.
Tap on Change Plan and select the Basic plan.

You'll keep access to your plan's premium features until your current billing period ends. If you're still in your free trial, you'll have access until the trial ends.
