Refund Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate

You can request a refund within 14 days of your most recent subscription payment.


If you started a 7-day free trial, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.


To cancel or request a refund, downgrade to the Basic plan (Emma's free plan) in the app:


  1. Open the Emma App.
  2. Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
  3. Select your profile in the top left corner.
  4. Tap on your plan tile on the left (for example, "Emma Pro").
  5. Tap on Manage.
  6. Tap on Change Plan and select the Basic plan.


The app will show you if your purchase qualifies for a refund as you cancel.


When will I receive my refund?


Refunds are sent to your original payment method and typically arrive within a few days, but may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.
