• How much does Emma Plus/Pro/Ultimate cost?

  Our subscription options give you access to more features than the free version of Emma. Learn about Emma Plans here. You are not automatically subscribed to Emma Plus, Pro or Ultimate when you download Emma. You'll only be charged if you subscribe to Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate. • Cancel Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate

• Refund Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate

  Refunds can be processed within 14 days from the purchase; if you have started a 7-day trial on any of our plans, this gives you 21 days to make a purchase decision. • What happens when my Emma upgrade subscription ends?

  If your Emma free trial or paid subscription ends and auto-renew is switched off, you will no longer have access to the upgraded features. If you've subscribed to Emma Pro or Ultimate, any transactions you've assigned to custom categories will be recategorised to their default categories. Any Offline Accounts and transactions will also be removed.
