The 4-digit passcode is the one you set when signing up to Emma for the first time. Your 4-digit passcode is used to unlock Emma every time you open it, unless you use biometrics. Why can't I see UK banks? 🇬🇧
If you're not able to see UK banks when setting up your account, it's likely Emma thinks you're out of the UK and will automatically show you US banks. This usually happens if you have a VPN or ad blocker installed on your phone (or you're in the US 😛). To see UK banks, send us a message via the support chat and our uber friendly team can get you switched back to the UK 🇬🇧🇺🇸🐻
