How do I delete my Emma account?
If you want to fully delete your Emma account, please reach out via email to supportatemma-app.com and make sure to use the address associated to your Emma account. It takes a week to process this and you will receive a confirmation email, after the deletion has been completed. We don't store, sell or do anything with your data, which will be deleted as well.
This works the same for 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇨🇦. Emma currently supports a Location feature. The app detects your location when is opened and shows you the current weather conditions and temperature. Location can be enabled during the on boarding process when you first sign up or from Settings->Account->Location. This can be disabled at anytime. How to edit personal details
Have you typed your email wrong? Or want to change the way Emma calls you? No problem, you can quickly do this from the app. The firs step is to open the More tab, which is the first from the right. You will see an icon on the top right corner, click it. In the account view, you can perform many actions and also click on your "Personal details". !(https:
Supported Notifications Notifications are a great way to stay on track with your finances. Emma currently supports the following notifications: Monday weekly summary Recurring payments Refunds Salary Budgets Overdrafts If you enable push notifications, there are all activated by default. You can change which one you want later in More->Settings->Notifications.
How do I export my data to excel?
This feature is available in Emma Pro.
Can the Emma App be shared over two devices?
Yes, just login with the same phone number.
Why is the app making me create another account?
If you are trying to login back to your old Emma Account, please use the phone number with which you have created an Emma Account. If this is not the case, Emma will think you are a new user. :) Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, if old/new number, so we can make the switch for you.
