How do I delete my Emma account?
Email us at supportatemma-app.com to request deletion. Please note this email must come from the email address associated with your Emma account. It usually takes a week to process account deletion and you will receive a confirmation email once your account has been removed. We don't store, sell or do anything with your data, which will be deleted as well.

How to edit personal details
Have you typed your email wrong? Or want to change the way Emma calls you? No problem, you can quickly do this from the app. The firs step is to open the More tab, which is the first from the right. Supported Notifications Notifications are a great way to stay on track with your finances. Why is the app making me create another account?
If you are trying to login back to your old Emma Account, please use the phone number with which you have created an Emma Account. If this is not the case, Emma will think you are a new user. :) Reach out to email@example.com, if old/new number, so we can make the switch for you.
Can I add my Revolut account without a current account?
Unfortunately, you will need to connect at least one bank account to use Emma. This could be a current, savings or credit card, but you cannot connect Revolut or PayPal alone. How often does Emma update?
In the UK 🇬🇧 Emma updates 4 times per day and you can force-sync by going into your account and pulling the page down to refresh. In the US 🇺🇸 & Canada 🇨🇦 Emma updates 4 times per day.
