Location in Emma
This works the same for 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇨🇦. Emma currently supports a location feature. The app detects your location when it is opened and shows you the current weather conditions and temperature. Location can be enabled during the onboarding process when you first sign up or from Settings -> Account -> Location. This can be disabled at anytime. How often does Emma update?
In the UK 🇬🇧, Emma automatically updates 2- 4 times per day. In the US 🇺🇸 & Canada 🇨🇦, Emma automatically updates once a day. To manually update your accounts, go to the Accounts tab > Select the update icon in the top right-hand corner If you are having problems with syncing or need help with something, feel free to contact us via our live chat and a member of the team will be happy to help you out! Why can't I see UK banks? 🇬🇧
If you're not able to see UK banks when setting up your account, it's likely Emma thinks you're out of the UK and will automatically show you US banks. This usually happens if you have a VPN or ad blocker installed on your phone (or you're in the US 😛). To see UK banks, send us a message via the support chat and our uber friendly team can get you switched back to the UK 🇬🇧🇺🇸🐻
