How do I change my subscription plan in Emma?

If you would like to change your subscription plan in Emma, please follow these steps:

Go to the Feed (main dashboard) in the Emma app
Select your profile in the top left
Tap on your plan tile on the left (e.g. "Emma Pro")
Tap on Manage
Tap on the Change plan button and follow the next steps.

If you choose to upgrade, you will be charged the pro-rated difference between your plans. Don't worry, you won't be charged for two plans at once.

If the app is not letting you continue, try refreshing the app or closing and reopening it before trying again. If you still cannot upgrade, please contact support via the in-app chat.
