Edit my notification settings
Notifications are a great way to stay on top of your finances.
However, if you would like to turn your notifications off, follow these steps:
Click on your Profile icon in the top left corner of Emma Feed tab
Scroll down to Preferences section and click on Notifications
Click on the toggle switches next to all the notifications you'd like to turn off
Press Save at the bottom of the screen
Notifications currently available:
Monthly summary: We send you a monthly summary of your spending in the last month or since your last payday. 🎉
Daily Coaching: Receive notifications that help you in getting into a savings routine ⌚
Tuesday weekly summary: We send you a weekly report with an overview of your spending. 💸
Recurring Payments: We let you know when you have paid a subscription. This could be anything you pay on a monthly basis for example rent or Netflix! 🍿
Overdrafts: We warn you if we think you are about to go into your overdraft and let you know once you have to help you avoid paying bank fees. 💪
Refunds: We send you a notification when you receive a refund. 👏
Salary: We let you know when you have been paid. 💰
Payments Received: We'll send you a reminder when you receive a payment 🤑
Budgets: We give you updates on your budget, including when you are about to go over, have gone over and when you are back on track. 🏃♀️
Daily balances: Everyday we let you know the balance of your accounts in Emma. 😎
Bill reminders: Receive weekly bill reminders 🧾
Cashback: Know when there is new cashback available 💵
Quiz: This notification lets you know when our quiz is live. Each week you can win £100 in the app. 🐻
Product Updates: We let you know when we have new exciting features and news about Emma. 📰
Low Balance: We tell you when your bank balance is low. 🥶
Total Budget update: Status update about your total budget 🪙
