Edit my notification settings
Notifications are a great way to stay on top of your finances.
However, if you would like to turn your notifications off, follow these steps:
Go to the Feed (main dashboard) in the Emma app
Select your profile in the top left
Tap on Preferences section and tap on Notifications
Click on the toggle switches next to all the notifications you'd like to turn off
Press Save at the bottom of the screen
Notifications currently available:
Product updates: Stay up to date on Emma products, services and offers 📰
Marketing: Receive exclusive, time-sensitive offers just for you! 🏆
Daily balances: Receive your selected balances in a daily notification - see how to edit this here 😎
Budgets: Get updates about your budgets' progress 🏃♀️
Payment received: We'll send you a reminder when you receive a payment! 🤑
Recurring payments: Known when these payments hit your bank account. This could be anything you pay on a monthly basis for example rent or Netflix! 🍿
Volatility alerts: Notifies you whenever the price of shares in your portfolio or watchlist move more than 5% 📈
