Delete/cancel my Emma account

If you are thinking about leaving Emma because you are having issues with your account, reach out to us via chat and we'd be happy to help 🐻

To reach out to us, follow these steps:

Go to the Feed tab i.e Emma App's home page
Select your Profile Picture Icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen
Select Help in the top right-hand corner
Select Chat with a human

Emma is free. You'll only be charged if you've subscribed for an Emma Plus, Pro or Ultimate subscription.

If you are sure you'd like to delete your Emma App account, please follow the steps below:

Deleting your Emma App account

Click on your Profile icon in the top left corner of Emma Feed tab i.e Emma's home page
Scroll down to the very bottom and select Delete Account
