Delete/cancel my Emma account

⚠️ If you're leaving because of a problem with your account, contact us via chat first — we may be able to help without you needing to delete anything.

To delete your account, you'll first need to cancel any trial or paid subscription by downgrading to Emma Basic (Emma's free plan), then follow the account deletion steps in the app. See how to cancel your subscription for the steps.

If you hold funds in Pots or investments, you'll need to withdraw or sell these first: see withdraw money from a Pot or how do I sell shares?

Deleting your Emma App account

Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
Select your profile in the top left corner.
Tap the settings icon (cog wheel) in the top right corner.
Tap on Account.
Tap on Delete Account.

If you're having any problems deleting your account, please contact the Support Team via the in-app chat.
