Sign-in Troubleshooting
Are you having issues signing into your Emma account? Don't worry! We can help.
To log into your Emma account, follow these steps:
When you're asked if you'd like to register for Emma or you'd like to sign in, select the sign in option
If you're using iOS, you'll see an option to log in using your Apple ID, Facebook and a phone number. If you're on Android, you'll only see Facebook and a phone number as options to log in
Select the option you used to originally register to Emma. If you try another method, you may not be able to proceed or your could create a new Emma account from scratch
I don't remember my 4-digit passcode
This code is the one you have setup when onboarding in Emma the first time and it's asked every time you open the app (unless you use biometrics). Read more about your 4-digit passcode here.
