How often does Emma update?
Emma manages updates automatically behind the scenes 💪
Depending on your subscription, you will have a different number of automatic syncs:
Free - 1 sync per day
Plus, Pro and Ultimate - 4 syncs per day
If you are an Emma Pro or Ultimate user in the UK🇬🇧, you also have unlimited on-demand syncs. To perform an on-demand sync, please follow this guide.
If you are having problems with syncing or need help with something, feel free to contact us via our live chat and a member of the team will be happy to help you out! To contact us click on your Emma App Profile icon in the top left of the Feed tab, tap on Help then Chat to a Human 👋
