Edit my personal details
Have you typed your email wrong? Or want to change the way Emma calls you? No problem, you can do this quickly and easily directly via Emma App.
Click on your Profile icon in the top left corner of Emma App Feed tab
Click on Personal Details in the Profile section
Click on the detail you'd like to amend to edit it, and press Save at the bottom of the screen when you are done!
If you have passed KYC checks by opening Emma Invest or Save, this information can not be updated in the app as we need to verify the changes.
Please reach out to our support team via chat by clicking on your Profile icon in the top left on the Feed tab, scroll down to Important Stuff and select Support or send an email to kyc-operations@emma-app.com to request to update this information.
