Edit my personal details

You can update your email, phone number, and address directly in the app.

Editing personal details

1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
2. Select your profile in the top left corner.
3. Tap the settings icon (cog wheel) in the top right corner.
4. Tap on Account.
5. Tap on Personal Details.
6. Tap on the detail you'd like to amend, then tap Save at the bottom of the screen once you're done.

Why can't I edit my name, date of birth or address?

If you're KYC verified, meaning you've set up Emma Save or Emma Invest, your name and date of birth can't be updated directly in the app, since we need to verify any changes first.

To update these, contact our support team via in-app chat:

1. Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
2. Select your profile in the top left corner.
3. Tap the chat icon in the top right corner.
4. Select Chat with us.

You'll need to provide a proof of identity document. If you're changing your legal name, you'll also need to provide a deed poll name change document.
