Refund Emma Plus, Emma Pro or Emma Ultimate
You can request a refund within 14 days of your most recent subscription payment.
If you started a 7-day free trial, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
If you want to cancel or request a refund, follow the cancel subscription flow in the app:
- Open the Emma App.
- Go to the Feed (main dashboard).
- Select your profile in the top left corner.
- Tap on your plan tile on the left (for example, "Emma Pro").
- Tap on Manage.
- Tap on Change Plan and select the Basic plan.
If your purchase qualifies for a refund, it will be shown during this process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent to your original payment method and typically arrive within a few days, but may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.
