What happens when I cancel my Emma subscription?

If you cancel during your free trial, you’ll continue to have access to the premium features until the end of the trial period. You won’t be charged as long as you cancel before the trial ends.

If you cancel after your paid subscription has started, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your auto-renewal will be switched off, and you won’t be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

Once your Emma Pro or Ultimate subscription ends, you’ll lose access to the premium features.

Any transactions you’ve assigned to custom categories will be moved back to their default categories. Any Offline Accounts and related transactions will also be removed.

If you have any Emma Save Pots open, your interest rate will automatically change to the free plan rate.

If you resubscribe to Emma Pro or Ultimate later, your previous changes in Emma will be restored - including custom categories, transaction changes, Offline Accounts, and Save Pots. 🚀
