How do I stop or cancel Rent Reporting?
This is an Emma Plus, Emma Pro, and Emma Ultimate feature 🐻
If you are no longer paying rent and need to cancel the Rent Reporting, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Credit tab and scroll down to Improve your credit history
- Tap on the Rent Reporting section
- Tap on Manage
- Tap on Stop Reporting
- Ensure you want to stop reporting and then tap YES.
