What happens if I pay my rent early or late?

Rent Reporting is only available to UK-based customers.

Your rent will still be captured as long as it’s within the same calendar month, with the same amount and has a similar transaction reference.

If there was a rent payment that was not recognised, please reach out to the support team on live chat and we will investigate this.

If a rental payment is missed this will be reflected on your credit file
