I don't recognise a transaction

If you see a transaction in your Emma app that you don't recognise, it's important to remember that Emma aggregates your transactions directly from your linked bank accounts. Emma doesn't create transactions itself; we only display information provided by your bank.

If you're unsure about a transaction:

Check the original bank account directly through your online banking or banking app.

Contact your bank directly if you suspect unauthorized activity or fraudulent charges.

Emma provides a unified view of your finances, but for transaction disputes or detailed inquiries about individual transactions, your bank or card provider is the best point of contact.
